Ducati previews 2011 range

Ducati previewed their 2011 range at the recent INTERMOT motorcycle show in Cologne with updates for the Superbike, Monster and Streetfighter.

In their Superbike range Ducati showed of the new Ducati 848 EVO with 140hp on tap  and  equipped with Brembo Monobloc callipers and steering damper with a stunning new “arctic white” livery with sporty red wheels and red frame.

Additionally in the Superbike range, the standard 1198 is enhanced with the addition of Ducati Traction Control (DTC), the Ducati Data Analyser (DDA) and the brand new Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) fitted as standard equipment on all versions. For 2011, their is a new 1198 SP, which enhances the previous 'S' version by rolling out 2011 Ducati 848EVO in Artic Whitee quipped with DTC, DQS, DDA, Ohlins TTX rear suspension, slipper clutch and aluminium fuel tank in addition to the usual Ohlins front suspension, forged Marchesini wheels and lightweight carbon fibre components.


The 2011 Streetfighter has  a new arctic white colour scheme while the Streetfighter S has new colour schemes of red with red frame or diamond black with racing black frame, both with black wheels. A black radiator cover on all versions completes the Streetfighter's aesthetic updates.


Meanwhile the entry level Monster 696 gets new 43mm Marzocchi forks and enhanced ergonomics, including 20mm higher handlebars and a new rear sub-frame designed to accept the user-friendly passenger grab-rail kit available as a Ducati Performance accessory. The Monster 696 has two new colour schemes of “dark stealth” and “stone white”. The Monster 796, also adopts Marzocchi front suspension.

Ducati Streetfighter - the wait is over!



















Ducati launch the new Streetfighter in UK dealerships on the 9th and 10th May.
The Streetfighter has 155hp on tap, makes 85lb-ft of torque from the 1098 L-Twin Testastretta Evoluzione engine and weighs only 169kg or 167kg (S model).

With Brembo monoblock brakes, Ohlins suspension, lightweight Marchesini forged wheels and Ducati Traction control (S model).

Bennetts Babes 2009 Calendar



The Bennetts Babes launch their third annual calendar in association with Two Wheels Only (TWO), the babes are back with a selection of 2009s hottest new bikes. The calendar will be available exclusively in the March issue of TWO, on sale from 23rd January. Among other bikes it will feature the BMW S1000 RR, the Triumph Bonneville and Ducati Streetfighter, as well as the Bennetts Babes of course!

New Ducati Streetfighter - best looking bike


The Ducati Streetfighter S.

The Ducati Streetfighter is officially the best-looking bike at the 2008 Milan show. It was voted best looking bike by 20,000 plus enthusiasts taking part in a survey organised by Italian magazine Motociclismo.

I think with looks like these, its easy to see why the Ducati Streetfighter was the star of the Milan Motorbike Show!

New Ducati Streetfighter for 2009

Ducati launched its exciting range of new motorcycles at the 66th International Bicycle and Motorbike Show in Milan this week, including a new streetfighter, aptly titled the Ducati Streetfighter.

Ducati say about their new creation:- "The Streetfighters Superbike soul combines fighter attitude and naked sophistication to create a machine of pure adrenaline."
